Pool days

We spent almost all of August at the pool. This is Cindy with Natalie (born in April) and Kathy with JD (born in June). Natalie is Ben's little sister! I hope JD and Natalie will have playdates just like Ben and Riley.

Big Sister Riley

Riley has been great with JD. She is very interested in him and very caring--but she never carries him! For this picture, we had to beg her to hold JD because she knows she isn't supposed to do that. She protested, "But he just a baby!"

Riley and Ben

Riley has had a wonderful summer. She's spent a lot of time with her best friend, Ben. You may remember that Ben's grandmother (Cindy) and Riley's Nana (Kathy) have been friends for 30 years. Matt and Ben's mom (Kate) were born in the same month, and they had playdates just like Ben and Riley.

JD is now 13 lbs, 5 oz, and 24 inches long. This is the 90th percentile! This boy loves his milk . . .

We hiked up to Davis Farmland in Sterling, MA. Riley loved petting and feeding the animals, and she loved the water park and the ice cream even more.

Groton Long Point

We visited my friend Paige and her family. Ariana and Riley are the same age, and Paige has a new baby (Tessa) born 3 days after JD.
